Project Schedule

This project schedule was first created early in the semester to plan major tasks such as team formation, problem definition, development of the 2‑D nodal grid, MATLAB solvers, example problems, steady‑state analysis, transient analysis, and website construction. The original Gantt chart in Figure 2 shows our initial plan, with tasks grouped into phases and organized by week.

As the semester progressed, we treated the schedule as a living document. Start and finish dates were adjusted to reflect actual progress and several tasks, especially the transient solvers, video creation, and appendices—shifted later than originally planned. The final schedule in Figure 3 captures these updates, shows more realistic staggering of tasks, and documents when work on each phase was actually completed.
